Unfair wealth share

You can see from this graphic that American wealth held by the richest 1% rose from 23% to 35% in the past 40 years - and it's still growing!

It's obscene. As noted in another of my blogs, the so-called trickle down effect doesn't work.

The only way to redress this absurdity is to increase taxes on the rich (both individuals and corporations). It's also vital to block corporate and personal tax havens. Billions, if not trillions, pass through these dubious structures so that the recipients receive even more of their over-bloated profits and incomes.
